My adobe flash doesnt work. Did I do something wrong instaling it. Or use a wrong program.

Ok, what exactly do you mean doesnt work, what are you trying to do? To watch flash on web, go to settings with browser open, and enable plugins. Did you do that already?

Browser - settings - enable plugins on demand or always on.
