Adding music to bTunes question

So I have over 13 GB of music and if I ever want to add an album or song I have to refresh and it takes about a half hour to refresh my library. Does anyone know if there is a way to have bTunes add just the new music I've added?

It doesn't just find it when you do a reboot?

A reeboot on my phone or just the app? If I add music and just reboot the app it doesn't find it. I have to manual refresh and it takes forever for it to load all the music.

what about rebooting the phone itself? does it find in on a reboot?

i use bTunes but only have about 2 gigs of music on my phone and haven't added any new stuff since i started using the app.
