Adding Auto Text or Text Shortcuts

I have a long email address and use the same longish user name most of the time, is there an easy way to add this to some kind of shortcut so I don't have to type it everytime or add it to the autotext ?

Put your email in the dictionary and as you type it will show up as an auto complete
SETTINGS>LANGUAGE & KEYBOARD SETTINGS>USER DICTIONARY
