With the Lollipop update hitting the Galaxy Note 3 and Note 4 there have been some hidden feature discoveries. One of them happens to be the ability to add shortcuts to your recents panel. With the modification you will be able to add up to four shortcuts to the recents panel. You can increase the number of allowed shortcuts with a simple mod to the systemUI and some smali values. The mod is applied by downloading and installing an app. Just open the app select max value 4, save and reboot your phone. The shortcuts will appear on reboot. Head to the link below to grab the app.
