Accessing Voice Commands

Hello all!

When the phone is off, you can say "Hi Galaxy" and the phone will come on ready for voice commands. How do you access the voice commands (hands-free) while the phone is on? It doesn't work for me when I say "Hi Galaxy" when the phone is on. Thanks in advance!

Hi...I believe that is only for when screen is off...you can set to double tap home key to activate when screen is on...Unless I'm mistaken I rarely use S Voice...
