Accessing SD Card/ phone storage

So i downloaded swype installer to my SD card aaand to the phone storage, but I cant figure out how to access either one so I can install the keyboard. Anyone know how to do this?

get astro file manager from the market

Before ASTRO you have to tell you phone to allow you to install non market APK files.

go to settings>manage applications> click"unknown sources"

then get ASTRO-
find the file and click on it.
