Accessing Play Store

I noticed a few days ago that I can't access the play store from the app tray--on the upper right hand corner. I can get it by scrolling over to the icon.

Is anyone else noticing this?

Works on mine, upper right hand corner of the app tray, icon in the app tray, and icon on a home screen...
