Accessing downloaded files, cannot find

I have downloaded a few pdf files, an emulator (thruPS), and some music through torrents. However i have no clue where i can access these files. There is no file folder. quite perturbed.

Did you find the downloaded folders? I have same problem

I download .MOV files my wife sends me of our newborn

It says saved to downloads, but they are not in Downloads folder, nor are they in gallery under All Downloads

Where are they? Or do i need to clear space?
