Access to messages saved to SIM or Phone memory

I have looked all around and can't seem to figure this out. This morning I was texting and trying to select one of my texts to copy and paste it however when I did a long hold, I accidentally hit the option to "Copy to SIM", well I tried again and this time I hit "Copy to phone memory". Well I don't need this message on my SIM or phone memory so how can I access these locations to delete what I have done?

Verizon wireless, HTC thunderbolt
NOT rooted

what do you mean move them back to phone memory? they still show up in my message thread, I just don't really know what I did when I hit "copy to phone memory" and "copy to SIM"

Go to All messages. Select menu. Settings. Then go to SIN card and delete.
Had the same problem. Accidentally saved a text message to my SIM and didn't know how to find it and delete it but your reply helped me figure it out.
On my Galaxy Note 3, I opened my text messages, tapped the home button and went to settings, and under the "SMS/MMS" tab there is this:
Manage SIM card messages.
I found my saved text message there and deleted it with a long tap, which brought up the delete option.

Thank you very much for your help, maithunderbolt :)
