Absence and Blackdroidmod Site Update

For now blackdroidmod.com will be redirected to the droidfourms section. The host of blackdroidmod.com has unexpectedly lost the databases for our forums and website. Im going to try to do everything I can to use the backups of the databases to get the forums back to its original state, but if not blackdroidmod.com will be returning full force.

I will have to say im sorry for being so quite lately. I have been sick and one of my close relatives just recently passed.

On a lighter note I would like to thank Zalyia38 for sending me my new used droid. Make sure to thank Zalyia38 because this will speed up development 10 fold.

Its been a rough week but im not going to let you guy down. Even though it has been a lot longer than normal I assure you UDEX 9 is well worth the wait.

I am as anxious as everyone, but take your time. We forget how busy you devs are and rush everything, when we have no idea how long it takes and how much work it is to develop these roms. (specially for free/a few small donations!) Or what is happening in your life at the time.

Hope you are feeling better; and my condolances to you and your family. I am currently running 8.0 and really enjoying your work. Take your time getting the new release out; and take care of what you need to take care of in your life. A ROM can wait. We all appreciate your work and what it does for the operation of our devices.

PLEASE....take some time for yourself and your family. Nothing about your work for us is worth neglecting family. As much as we want the next UD, we want you on your feet, healthy; both physically and mentally. I am sure that when you get around to your next update, it will be as awesome as we expect!!

BD, hope all is well with you and we are sorry for your loss. Thank you for taking time to give us an update. On one of my message boards I run, we lost a member and only realized it after we noticed he hadnt posted in a while, so I get nervous when I dont see people posting. Im looking forward to UD9, and the delay has given me time to try other roms, and I can gladly say my phone and I like UD the most. Keep up the good work and great ROMs.
