About to install liberty, quick question!

Ok so I'm on gummyjar still (lol) and I'm finally going to install liberty when 1.5 is released.. I know I can install it on top of gummyjar but id rather start fresh for a few different reasons. So anyway, the question is: how should I factory reset my phone?

Should I .sbf using rsd lite? If so what .sbf do I dl for droid 2?
Or should I factory reset/wipe data in clockwork recovery
Or finally reset from within the settings in the phone.

This may be a dumb question, but I just want to make sure so I only have to do it once.

Thanks!
