A Serious Problem D2G

i was playing around trying to figure out what ROM i wanted to use, so i tried CM9 and i liked it, but gApps where not there
trying to get back into Recovery to flash it in, it was stuck on the M logo no matter what i did
so i sbf'd to 4.5.608, and the usb was accidentally pulled during the re-boot.
and now it just loops on the droid eye
it wont even let me get into recovery, just appears as the droid with the "!" mark, pressing the search button does nothing
i sbf'd it a couple of times and the result is the same.

Is there anything i can do to fix this?
or am i SOL?

When Andy appears with the ! you need to press Vol Up and Down at the same time to get into recovery. If that doesn't work you simply need to SBF again properly. If CM9 booted properly before then it sounds like you did something off if it bootlooped when you restarted instead of letting you into CWM.
