A program that can edit mp3 on Droid X?

Is there a program that can edit the info: title/album/artist name/etc of mp3's that are on Droid X? I have doubleTwist but it doesn't let me edit.

While i'm at it, is there a program that can create a playlists for Droid X (So i don't have to create the playlist on my Droid X)?

Windows Media can... if you connect to your PC using the PC Mode or Windows Media Sync.
