A little help with the GBCoid

I bought the GBCoid and wanted to play the pokemon gold rom. It works fine but there are not buttons. Is this normal? The startup screen works and will get me to the title screen of the game, but it just stays there and there is nothing that will allow me to continue to the game. Am I doing something wrong or is the GBCoid or rom messed up?

You have to hit the button with the 3 lines or 4 lines (I can't remember) and find the controls dialogue and set up your controls.

Getting my Droid today (Hopefully!)
