71mb Contacts File - How to fix this?

For some reason, my contacts file is larger than life... It is seriously slowing **** down and I can't figure out how to remedy this.

My phone is virtually worthless right now.

Sync them to Google, then turn off syncing.

Delete all of your contacts, and then re-sync.

Remove some of your contacts... clean your cache... uninstall a few apps...

The thing keeps rebooting, and I won't get stable... i bet this is the 5th reboot in a row.

I just started freezing up. I haven't put any new apps on here, aside from Slide It... all of my new apps I've purchased have been for the iPad.

Maybe it's a virus of some sort?

OK, i deleted teh 93Mb of data... where do I go to insure no more syncing?
