There are several ways to do it. Make sure in your applications you have Unknown Sources checked.

What Hookbill said....as well as, make sure you trust the 3rd party software you are installing..

You can copy .apk`s over to the SD Card and install them from there.

If you are asking because you want to use apps from Black Market places, then beware..you might get just what you are paying for....h34r:

So what is the program you are trying to install? Surely it isnt the Cell Snoop program you asked about previously...:icon_ nono:

Gonna be tough to get that .exe file to work on the Android platform from inside the phone....:blink:

you cant. you can only get .sh and .apk to run as far as i know.
