3G issues

ok as of today my dad purchased a droid bionic and well.. comparing his 3g to mine in the same exact spot my droid 2 Global has 1 bar of 3g while his shows either almost full or full 3g. So i have no idea whats going on... anyone want to help me here?? i do have my Global rooted and i am running HeXen but that didnt do too much a few days ago when in that same exact spot (AKA my houses kitchen) i had perfect to near perfect 3g? is it me or is my phone either screwed (just had it replaced) or is verizon putting a choke on my Data

ignore my sig because well that is currently outdated as ive removed the speed hack because it wasnt working anymore(and i believe its meant for GSM only) my 3G is crap as of now

Mine is slow as **** too, and it seems like being throttle athough. Can't unthrottlr cause on gb

Even tho i have had 4 bars on my Bionic,sometimes it's fast(specially from 10p to 7am) and sometimes it's slow in daytime..

gonna try with a signal repeter again. mayb we had it pointed the wrong direction... haha. anyways would unthrottling my device have any effect??
