3G and WiFi in notification bar

I have both showing up in my notification bar at the same time. Wifi is turned on, and the symbol is there most of the! time. The 3g symbol comes and goes, but stays the majority of the time.

Did you apply a theme or install any apps? Also did you turn off wifi notification? And of course the obvious reboot

No theme, rebooted, "notify me" is unchecked, apps......yea i have several, don't know which could cause it though.
