3 questions

1. Sometimes I wont be able to answer in-coming calls I hit the answer button but nobody is there. On the other end they know I answer but can't hear me. On out-going calls I sometimes don't hear any ringing any suggestions?
2. When I hit My power button it goes straight to the 'airplane mode, silent or power off menu' and not locking my phone.
3. When I touch my camera icon it doesn't open the camera
Any help with any of this is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Are you rooted?? Running a rom? Stock?

If you're stock I would factory reset. Make sure you backup as much as possible. Going to lose lots of app data, should be prepared for that from all angles, but each phone could use a good reset once and a while.

If you're not stock, there's a thousand things it could be.
