2D Barcodes

Okay, I keep seeing the 2D barcodes everywhere and apparently you can scan these somehow and jump to the links to download apps and such, but how? What app will do this?

If you are referring to the 2D barcodes on this forum you can use a variety of apps that you can download for free from the Android Market to put on your Droid.

I use "Barcode Scanner" by ZXing Team - it's FREE and it works very quickly.

If you are talking about 2D's cropping up in magazines, newspapers, retailers, etc... those might be "ScanLife" by Scanbuy, Inc. This is a FREE app for you. Retailers and marketers purchase linkable 2D barcodes from ScanLife for public interaction.

Both work very well on my Droid...
