16 gb sandisk memory card class 4

I bought a 16 gb sandisk card off amazon for my phone and since its a class 4 it should write at at least 4 mb/sec. I tested it using antutu benchmark and its being rated around 2.6 mb/sec. What are your guys opinions? Should I rant and complain about the cards performance?
