yep its safe...no worries...just depends on how stable your phone is...

It seems to be stable at 1.10-1.15 but at 1.25 it will reboot sometimes and at 1.3...insta reboot. 1.15s good and smooth though.

I am at 1.3ghz with voltage control app and voodoo otb 1.3 kernel. Everything is fine for me so far.
