Trying to locate a video

I have a video on my Incredible which I need to copy over to a new phone. The video has a 3gp extension. Does anyone know which directory / folder this file is located on the Incredible? So far I'm having no luck locating it. Thanks.

If it is a video taken with the stock camera app, it should be in your DCIM folder, either on the internal or external storage.
