Transfer Video?

I took a video with the native camera on my Droid. Is there any way to transfer that video to the SD card or to my computer. When I try to attach to Gmail, message says file too large. Help!!

To transfer your files to your computer, connect your phone with the USB cable.
then pull-down the notification bar, and you see "USB connection" tap on that, and select "Mass Storage"
It will then appear as a new drive (like drive E: or something) on your computer. Your pictures and recordings should be located in the DCIM folder.

How do I convert the droid 3GP to something my mac will see?
I see the post for DVD catalyst but it seems only be transferring video on the droid platform.

Quicktime should see it, otherwise install Perian.
