Not all devices can support multiwindow like the Note 2! Sony has recently added their version of multi window to their Xperia devices. Their version is coined "mini apps". These mini apps can be used at the same time to give you that multiwindow feel. Developer SeraJr has developed a mini app that will give you full control over your device. It incorporates 23 toggles into a power toggle format. It includes some quick info from your device as well such as Battery info, and it gives you some reboot options as well.
