removing slide lock, but still have pattern lock

Is there a way to remove the slide lock and just have the pattern lock instead of having to slide to unlock and then do the pattern to unlock the phone?

I was able to have this on liberty froyo 2.0.1, but not liberty gb. Thanks!

I would like to know too. There has to be a way, as Fab made Apex so the slide is disabled when using a pattern/pin lock.

I haven't had a chance to play with liberty gb yet but I think the reason 2.01 has it and gb downstairs is cuz from what I've seen the lockscreen on 2.01 is soap and on gb it's the stock blur lockscreen. I may be wrong tho. Just give it time they with get it to work

U can but u have to edit the .jar files and it typically doesn't work. Just wait till they fix it. I'm sure it wont take long. Remember how long it to to get a mostly blurless froyo rom? It'll probably take about that long to get a blurless gb rom too. And I don't think widget locker has a pattern lock
