quick launch assignments

I have not had anything programed for quick keys on the phone and for whatever reason now there are some quick launch keys set up that are keeping me from being able to text due to taking me to a calendar or something else. I found where they are set, but have not been able to figure out how to undo the quick launch. it is within the applications setup, and the quick launch seems to be preset for some things. I do not want any of the quick launch as it interferes with texting for me. how do I eliminate the quick launch assignments that seemed to be preset with the last update.

I ran into this same issue. Go to Menu > Settings > Applicatioins > Quick Launch, then tap & hold the assigned keys & it will offer an option to disable the quick launch. Not sure why this happens occasionally but it's frustrating. Good luck.
