music players out of control ever since JB update

ever since JB update, my music players will start up and playing randomly but especially when I'm using bluetooth or the headphone jack. I don't have the smartactions programmed to do this, I cannot use the smartactions as I don't understand why the music players are activating and playing without being set to do so. Any ideas on how to stop this? with ICS, the music players would only play if I opened and operated them.
I've done FDR...no different.

Some of the music players have a setting to start the music player when the headphone jack is used or connected to bluetooth. You'll have to check the settings for the individual players.

If you have trouble doing that, let me know which players you are having problems with and I will try to walk you through it step by step.
