Light while using Video Recording

Is there a way to set up the LED light to be on when recording videos? I know sometimes i am in a place where the lights are low and videos dont show up.

There is a way. Download an app called MotoTorch LED.

Turn the LED on via the app. Now open your camera... switch to video mode... The LED will stay on!
