Does anyone know about Group Play on the SGS4? Does it cost money or use data?

What exactly is it? I looking into getting the S4 and I've only had a chance to mess around with it once.

It doesn't cost any money but it does use data. It suggests you to use wifi while using it to keep out 3rd parties out.

Group play is a file sharing feature on the S4. So if you are listening to a song you and up to 10 friends can listen to it on your phones in real time. You can look at photos, vidoes, documents, and so on.
