Not everyones hope. Many have it and no longer need to look forward to the release date. It is so easy to put 2.2 on the fascinate. It takes longer to complain about it not being released over and over again than it does to just root it. If you get the super clean version than your phone will never run faster and a OTA could never match the speeds with all the bloat attached.

Captains log, stardate 2.24.11. We've been monitoring the Froyo quadrant for 2 months, searching for some sign of the starship Samsung to aquire valueable upgrades to our ship's A.I. and navigation systems, but with no luck.

Spock was able to establish broken communications with the missing ship, garbled messages that seemed to indicate that we should come back in a week for the upgrades, but I'm beginning to suspect a ruse, or possibly, a Romulan trap...

We can't keep waiting. The dilithium crystals are expiring fast, so we've had Scotty replicate the upgrades based on a leaked signal, and upload them to the Enterprise computer. Amazingly, our Chief engineer seems to have crafted an upgrade that may actually be less taxing on our ships systems than the Samsung codec.

We'll hope for the best, but the Samsung may be lost to us. For now, we'll continue to the Verizon system to investigate reports of an electrical storm that may have damaged the starship Fascinate with a lightning bolt to it's port engine...

This is Captain Lame T. Jirk, signing off.

My guess is they are still working on some bugs and getting close so they leaked it so they could get beta testers and the developers to fix some issues for them. I am running the EB01 stock and the battery life is horrible, I am staying away from the mod versions because of some people having sod issues.

I am running super clean 2.4. I don't see any problems at all. What kind of problems should I be seeing. The battery life is just as good as 2.1 with all the bloat. The phone is a lot more faster and responsive though. I have a charger at work, in the car and at home so I never run out of juice.
