I've had my X2 for a few days and rooted it as soon as I got it. I've been having some issues..ie, lag, slow to wake, some other small stuff. I've been thinking of factory resetting and starting over to see if titanium backup caused any of these issues as I restored a lot of apps with it. I plan on just installing apps straight from the market. My question is, if I factory reset a rooted phone will everything be ok? I mean, will I just loose root and have to reroot or will I have problems with the phone resetting because of being root? Thanks in advance.

I've factory reset twice. Both times I un did everything I modded including root. The only thing I left in place was busybox. Both were successful.

I guess in answer to your query: I don't know if it matters, but why risk it? Since we don't have a sbf option, I say play it safe! Unroot and unfreeze anything you froze, take it back as close to stock as possible.
