Hi everyone,
New to this site but I joined not just because of my love for the droid but I figured I could get the best assistance for it here as well. That being said, I have an old file that is an exe file that I would love to have on my droid. Is there a way that I can convert that file to a file that the droid will recognize and load?

Thanks!!

No.

An EXE file is a windows executable file.

Android is not Windows or shares any real similarities under the hood.

Thanks,
I am aware of that, I should have included this in my initial question, is there a program, an emulator of some sort, that would allow it to run on my phone. I was told of Isilo but I don't want to spend 20 bucks for something that might not work.

There probably isn't anything...
An .exe isn't like a video or audio file that can use a codec and work, it runs off the system files and framework. Android and Windows are very, very different.
