Droid 2 Global Outlook Sync Issue

My boss just got a Droid 2 Global and I set it up to sync with her Outlook. Her email is working just fine but she is having an issue with her calendars. Any items that are created/edited on her work computer show up fine but any calendar items that she creates/accepts on her home computer are not syncing to her phone. Any ideas of what's going wrong?

I have one client with a Droid 2 Global. We found two problems with exchange synchronization: Not all appointments show up on the phone - it is random as to which ones do not make the sync. It does not matter whether the appointment is recurring or not; some messages show up on the phone, then get put into deleted items on the Exchange server. Searches have not indicated a solution for either problem. I am shopping for a new phone - this is a deal breaker for me.
