Right now I have three texting programs installed on the phone. Two came installed with Apex, one labeled "Messaging" and the other "Text Messaging". I also use "Handcent SMS", which I prefer to keep using. I have gone through the first two that I've mentioned and turned off notifications (sound/notification bar). But I am still experiencing something odd that I've never seen before.
When I receive texts through Handcent, I am getting duplicate msg's. I just installed this ROM onto a friend's phone and he uses Handcent also, and he is getting the same thing.
Any ideas how to stop these duplicate texts????
