Ever since I updated my tablet and phone to KitKat I've been receiving notifications that a bug report has been captured. When I view the reports they are very large and seem to contain information on everything my device has done over a period of time.
Do these reports indicate that there is a bug in the system or in a particular app, or are they just automatically generated at certain intervals? How can I turn them off?

It's a feature to allow a user to capture a log to send to developers when they've found a bug in an app, or to troubleshoot some other issue.
I thought it was only supposed to be activated by pressing the power button and the up and down volume buttons at the same time, but I've read of certain cases causing pressure against the buttons and causing a report to be generated.
It can be turned off by turning off USB debugging in settings>developer options (or some similar wording) if you don't need debugging on for any other reason.
