I've been using Skype and it works well. Just remember to go into settings and scroll all the way to the bottom and put video quality on high

Skype did not work for me, I could see them but I had no camera.

Tango works perfectly.

Yea I've heard that many people can't get it to work.

Only one I've actually used is Tango. Worked fine. I think the video quality coulda been better.
