What meat dominate you breakfast table

People say everything is good with bacon and though I will agree bacon can enhance a cheeseburger or chicken sandwich. But when it comes to the breakfast table I prefer sausage patties. Despite the extra fat it provides the kick in flavor in the form of spices.

So what do you prefer, sausage patties, sausage links, red hots, steak, or bacon to pair with your breakfast.

Most days are Cheerios only for me, and a yogurt for a mid morning snack. But if I do have meat with breakfast, it's gonna be bacon. I like sausage also, links or patties. I have nothing against it and like it. But if I had to choose, it would be bacon

Honey nut cheerios or plain yellow box no to little sugar cheerios.

I could not handle cheerios, in fact now I can not handle breakfast cereal anymore.
