my phone is stuck at the moto "M" logo please someone help

Are you rooted? If so, just pull the battery, boot into recovery, and restore a backup if you have one.

i am rooted but when i boot into recovery it only gives me these options only these 4 one is reboot two is apply update three is factory reset four is cache wipe and ive tried them all to NO avail nothing works I can go into recovery with the options I mentioned and I can go into bootloader but i dont know anything about bootloader and it seems to not want to do anything in BL mode? What to do? Im f_ _king lost here please help!

ok it says at the top Android system recovery <2e> with 4 options 1 is reboot 2 is apply sd card:update.zip 3 is wipe data/factory reset and the last one says wipe cache partition and I have tried them all oh and I can go into bootloader it says BL 2c.6c then on down battery ok -ok to program-connect USB-Data Cable and that all I can do I really need my phone working can u help in any way?
