Im starting to think they didn't unlocked it rt or something. It work ok when Sprint was the carrier I got updates just fine. Im willing to ship this off get it fixed.

This is just a small hurdle with switching a phone to a different carrier. It's common when updates occur.

I know when i did a master reset once it took awhile this is when it was unlock. The little Android guy would just stay on with yellow triangle above his head?
