Music player starts up a second time and plays music while already playing music

No matter what music player I use, at some point it opens up again and starts playing when Im already listening to it, and its not the same song.. anyone else experience this?

Having the same issue

Yes, I am having the same issue and sometimes it starts even if I am not playing music. Sometimes when i start slingbox on my Droid, the music app starts playing at the same time. This has happenned with more than 1 music player. I'm looking for an answer out here at the moment.
