droid x stuck in bootloader 30.04/ 4.5.621

Tried ubuntu terminal and RSlite got errors in both and saying my battery is low when its not it was on 24 hours charging

The battery won't charge in bootloader mode or if its soft bricked. If you can get into stock recovery it should charge from in there.

Then, unfortunately you'll need to find a way to charge the battery or buy a charged one. They are cheap if you want to buy one, or you can get an external charger, or look into a factory adapter from TBH.
