Did this occur randomly or did you modify something?

i was trying to flash my phone back to factory. rsd said success. reboot. then this....

Thanks for the clarification. What process did you use to go back to stock?

did you flash both rsdlite files..... just do a battery pull and reboot.

and doing a battery pull did not allow it to reboot as normal.

you did flash the first file aloow it to boot up past the droid eye and then load the second rsdlite file right.

is there more to a battery pull then pulling the battery out and putting it back in?

no, after i flashed the first file is when this happened. then i tried to flash the second thinking it would fix this. it completed the process and reboot and its still stuck on the same thing

Try flashing the first file again and after it go through allow it to boot up even if you need to do a battery pull. Because there are a couple of reasons you would be stuck at the bootloader:

1) battery is too low to boot up (you will bet a low battery in the bootloader

2) the file you downloaded to flash is corrupt, its rare but it has happened a few times when you download a file it gets corrupted the fix was to down load it again (but normally it will say corrupt in bootloader)

I am guessing that you need to flash the first one again then get beyond the bootloader before flashing the second one. I have used the first one and booted all the way up before flashing the second.
