help!!!!

i rooted my droid one and downloaded the custom rom cyanogen 7 mod and it installed and rebooted but it is stuck at the android skater. how can i fix this. i cant get any farther... my phone seems shot.

You have to take out your battery go into recovery and factory reset and wipe cache then install Cyanogen and then your good
