My daughters Galaxy S9 Plus pauses by itself when watching a YouTube video or playing music. Has anyone else seen this problem and is there a way to fix it?

does it start back up? wifi or mobile network? if mobile, any chance it has been throttled?

No it doesn't start back up. It seems to be an issues with some people since the S6. My daughter had the S6 Edge Plus and never had this issue. Some said that they had to get a new sim card to fix the problem.

just did a search and it seems others are having the same problem. in some cases it turned out to be an app. you can test this by booting to safemode and play your music/youtube. if you still have the problem there, it could be a bug. if you don't have the problem, it could be an app.
Check the settings and see what the upload quality is set... Double check all settings
