I can't go into Download or Recovery Mode

KIES update failed?

Try uninstall all Samsung Drivers and KIES

Re-install using:
SAMSUNG Kies,PC Sync (Software) (ver.2.3.2.12054_20_1)


Samsung Galaxy Tab® 2 7.0 (Wi-Fi), 8GB KIES if it make any progress/different.

I mange to find the right one (Was downloading it when by the time you replyed) and it did work this time, and it rebooted but having moved after it reached a certain point while rebooting.
