Forum Use: Disable eMail Notifications ?

I thought I found the setting in account/preferences
Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply...

• and receive email notifications of replies

I removed the checkbox and still get eMail notifications /

What have I missed ?

That should remove them...I did that a long time ago. I only get emails now as a mod when someone reports a post due to other settings.

I remember them being a bit fickle/picky. Since I use Tapatalk, I don't want the emails too.

Maybe it just takes a bit to go through? Or it could be that it keeps the setting you had on old threads when you first commented?

Let's see I didn't get an eMail for your response. so maybe it did take a bit to update ? Ya I just re-installed Tapatalk as well, and the double notifications are making me crazy

I just posted in your pull the trigger thread, since I assume you created that before changing your settings. Let's see if you get an email for that one.

Dangit, I did!.

Click on disable all emails in the email you received.
