Zagg screen protector a joke....

So as soon az I could, I went and got a better screen protector then my crappy vzw one I got. Figuring for the cost and marketing, the zagg one was the best to protect my first droid

Well $20 and a few days later, I am not too impressed. Putting on the screen was hard as he'll with the spray stuff and not trying to get the phone wet at the same time. Trying to keep hair and dust off during the process was nearly impossible. After 3 tries, I managed to get it on and I thought I was good. However, the screen already has indentions on it from my nails that weren't even pressedhard on the screen and it feels tacky and soft, so touch input is harder now as well, what a joke and a waste!

Well I have been buying zagg for years and I just put one on my DX and it works fine for me. Now I admit it is kind of hard to put on but once u get it down it looks and works great. I have the full body zagg.

Works flawless for me. Installation was a breeze. Wouldn't use anything else.

Try the Steinheil Ultra Crystal. It is nearly invisible and feels exactly like the glass. Not sticky and rubbery feeling like some. I ordered it and recieved it about four days later. Easy to put on with no liquid. No bubbles and covers the entire glass.

I bought these for a buck (I had an Amazon card sitting in my e-mail inbox) and it works great.

It took a few seconds to install and it is totally invisible. The first one I installed got a scratch after about a week (forgot which pocket my keys were in) so I put a new one on and it has been looking great.

For a buck you really can't go wrong. :)

I think screen protectors in general are a joke. Dont get me wrong they would obviously provide protection.

But in several years of owning smart phones and carrying them in my pocket without any type of screen protection, I have literally NEVER scratched a screen :)

I've always had good luck with zagg, the one time I got a little indention on my LG dar it was months after putting it on and they replaced that for free. Just follow the directions and make sure your in a fairly clean and well lit environment and it will go on fine. Also you can get the screen fairly wet without damaging the phone.

The more spray you use the easier it is to apply. You can move it around like window tint to get it into position. Then use the squeegee to press out air bubbles. If you use the little screen cleaner cloth they give you, you can lay it on the edge your pressing the bubbles toward and it will soak up the water as its pressed out.

I don't understand why people are having issues with them. They work great.

I don't trust the peeps at Best Buy enough to spend $8 for them to do it correctly either
Yea they can be hard to get on. Imaging putting one on a macbook pro. But they have been on my ipod for three years and I throw it in with keys gym equipment and its fine. Dropped on concrete too. Still all good and scratch free.

I sprayed the crap outa mine and it wouldn't slide at all, I had to refill the bottle and reapply four damn times and nowmy screen has waves in it and fingernail indentions from light use. Not a happy user...
