YouTube help

I am trying to get the new YouTube app from Google Inc. But it wont install, it gives me an error message. Does anyone know a fix?

Uninstall everything YouTube from UD by all ways possible (um, this is the generic help reply) then clear out out data in the market.apk in "manage applications" and try again. This reminds me of the Launcher Pro not updating issue.

Google doesn't recognize how YouTube is signed (probably because it got themed) and won't let you update. However if you get rid of your current one, it should just install as new and not an update and be ok. Then as it gets updates, they will install ok too. I don't use YouTube but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

Do you have root explorer?

Use titanium backup or root explorer to delete the you tube app. Then reinstall from the market
