Youtube endless loading

Whenever i try to use or watch a video on youtube it just says loading and it never makes progress or stops

Did you try removing the battery, or if its a new phone, reload it?

Got it the day it came out just discovered this website and i removed the battery and nothing changed and how do you reload it?
